The Putco Push-Up Tie-Downs, part # P99901 are designed to be secured in the stake bed pocket by tightening the included screws and expanding the blocks on the underside of the rail of your 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 truck.
I have included a link to a video that shows these tie-downs being installed you can check out.
