Cindi, for your 2017 Subaru Forrester you're just going to need to add a set of crossbars like # Y48UV if you have factory bars or # Y27TB if you have a slick roof.
Form here you can add two of the Rhino-Rack Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs # S512 to carry your two kayaks. These kayak carriers have a weight capacity of 99 lbs, so you're going to want to make sure that you're not overloading the carrier/roof.
