What Is The Dimensions Of The Base Included With Opti-Brite LED Work Light # TLL70FB

Question:
I currently have a trailer equipped with Opti-Brite LED Work Light - Flood Beam - 897 Lumens - Black Aluminum - Rounds . I’m looking for an LED upgrade that can use the original bases. However, the light i have must have been a little smaller than the original because there was a nut between the light base and the mounting bracket to take up space. I would like a wider flood light range of 160 degrees but the only light I found was the Opti-Brite LED Work Light - Wide Beam - 3,360 Lumens - Black Aluminum - Square. however I cant find the specs for the base width. I was curious if the width of the base of these would support that? I Can’t remove the bases from trailer.

Hey Stormi.
There is not much information on the Opti-Brite LED # TLL70FB, and I don't have one here to measure, but based on other dimensions of the light, the base is going to be around 1-1/2" wide, and a little under 1/2" deep. It's just bent metal, so you should be able to buy flat stock from a local home improvement store or metal supplier and bend up your own in a bench vice if the included one doesn't match what you're looking for.
