I need the rubber seal replacement because my hinge on mine broke. Can I buy just that part?

Hello Joe, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say that we do not offer any individual replacement parts for the Replacement Lock Assembly # RTX25QR. So, there is no way to buy just the rubber seal. You may want to try contacting Retrax directly to see if they can provide one. Otherwise, the only solution I can offer is to replace the entire lock assembly.
