is there a converter that will into a 2 inch hitch that will allow for a 4 inch bike rack

Hello Karl, thanks for reaching out. I am not quite sure what you mean by "4 inch bike rack", but if you are needing an adapter for a 2" hitch that will allow for a 1-1/4" bike rack you can use the Trailer Hitch Reducer # e63YR.
