That's not the right one. The one you were looking at on Stealth Hitches website is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH79VR. This one fits the 2018 BMW X5 without the M Sport package or M models.

The Stealth Hitches item # SH56VR you were looking at fits the 2018 BMW X5 M Models.

Thanks! My X5 does have the M-Sport package so I will need the model that is compatible with m-sport. Can you confirm that SH56VR is correct?

@Craig I went to Stealth Hitch directly and verified their part numbers with ours after looking at their fit guide. For a 2018 BMW X5 M-Sport 35i, 35d, and 50i models. you will need the item # SH79VR hitch if you are only hauling accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. If you are planning on towing a trailer you'll need item # SH85VR. I hope this clears up any and all confusion.
