That's not the right one. The one you were looking at on Stealth Hitches website is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver item # SH79VR. This one fits the 2018 BMW X5 without the M Sport package or M models.

Thanks! My X5 does have the M-Sport package so I will need the model that is compatible with m-sport. Can you confirm that SH56VR is correct?
