Yes, we do! To use your Curt E-16 item # C16115 with the Ford factory puck system you will need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR. This picture frame style adapter will drop right down into your in-bed pucks and provide you with a base for 5th wheel hitches that mount to industry standard rails.
Please note that the Curt item # C88KR adds 2-1/2" of height to your 5th wheel hitch when installed.
