The Fogatti InstaShower # FG79FR has a 5,000mah internal battery and is rated for up to 80 minutes of use time before needing to be recharged.
When it is time to recharge the battery, it can be plugged into a 110v household style outlet or a 12v cigarette style outlet, so you have a couple options. It comes with both adapters as well.
