Is it fit to thule apex swing 4 9027 ? Is this the bolts that can use to locking knob of thule apex 9027 ?

Hi Aaron; the correct replacement knob for your Thule Apex is the # TH79JV. Unfortunately, Thule does not offer the bolt as a replacement. I recommend taking your old bolt to a local hardware store to see if they can match it.
