How to Get Replacement Parts for Crossbar Adapter for Thule Caprock Platform Racks

Question:

Hey there! I recently purchased a Thule Caprock Crossbar Kit to attach my caprock to my vehicle, but my kit was missing the hardware that attaches the kit to the t-track on the caprock. Is there anywhere this can be purchased separately? I didnt buy the kit from you guys, but Im hoping I can find this hardware somewhere! Attached two pictures to show what should be in the kit, and what is missing.

Hey James, thanks for reaching out about the Crossbar Adapter Kit # TH53YE!

I reached out to Thule about what those parts are but they weren't able to help out, so it looks like the only way to get those parts is to purchase a whole new set.

I recommend reaching out to the company that you purchased the kit from and seeing if they can send you the missing hardware. I'm not seeing an order from you for this kit from us, but if you did order it from etrailer just let me know your order number and I'd b more than happy to have our customer service team reach out to you!
