Hi Rose,
The RockyMounts AfterParty Swing Away Bike Rack # RKY37ZR cannot be adapted for 4 inch tires, though we do have an option for a swingaway bike rack that will work with tires that large:
- RockyMounts BackStage Bike Rack # RKY10002
The BackStage # RKY10002 is compatible with tires up to 5 inches wide, and like the AfterParty it has a 60 lb per-bike capacity so it can carry heavy bikes.
