Are SumoSprings Compatible w/ a RAS System on a 2018 Ford F-150?

Question:

2018 F-150 Supercrew Cab 3.0L diesel towing 8k+ lb TT. I used to have Timbrens, but I removed them because they were going to interfere with the Roadmaster Active Suspension YHD recently installed to reduce sway and axle wrap interference with RAS when Timbren’s engaged. I went to the RAS to reduce porpoising on the interstate I had no real sway under 65 mph with the Timbren’s at the time. I haven’t done any extended trips at this point, but I would like to start taking long extended trips - which means I want this truck as rock solid and planted as possible. After removing the Timbren’s, I added a Hellwig rear sway bar. I’m a firm believer if each do something different to help towing heavy, there isn’t a reason to skip one - add both. Hence the next piece… I’m thinking about adding Sumo Springs to further help the RAS with squat when loading the 8k+ TT. I’ve added the Hellwig rear sway bar to assist the RAS with sway I expect none with these, so now I am considering adding the Sumo Springs to assist the RAS with squat. I’m leaning towards the 1,500 lb Sumo Springs instead of the 1,000 lb Sumo Springs because I will be carrying tongue weight over 1,100 lbs with the weight distribution hitch equalizer 2. Will these work with RAS? Will there still be benefits of adding this to my current setup?

Yes, they will! The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs item # SSR-116-47 are compatible with the RAS system installed on your 2018 Ford F-150. Adding the helper springs will give you some additional support when it comes to sagging if you don't have your RAS system adjusted all the way. This will probably make for a smoother ride. These will definitely help with any bouncing you're experiencing.
