The Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 41157 tees into the US CAR connector at the back of your 2020 Ram 2500 7-Way bumper plug and gives you a way to plug your trailer wiring in inside your truck bed.

If you wanted to use the fancier EZ Connector system you were looking at then you'll need the Wiring Kit # 319-S7-09 for your truck side and the Adapter Plug # 319-R7-52 for your trailer side.
