Does Yakima DoubleHaul Rooftop Fly Rod Carrier Have a Riser/Spacer Block for Truck Cab Clearance

Question:
I have a Kuat Ibex rack on a 22 Tundra. Based on the measurements it looks like I will need a riser/spacer of 3-4 inches. Looks like I can run a t-slot spacer or perhaps a longer u-bolt with a plastic spacer. Do you all have a solution?

Hey Patrick, thanks for reaching out!
The Yakima DoubleHaul Rooftop Fly Rod Carrier # Y04087 doesn't have a spacer kit for it so if you need some extra height to get it over your 2022 Toyota Tundra cab then you'll have to rig something up on your end, unfortunately.

Hey Patrick, were you able to come up with a spacer setup that gave the Yakima DoubleHaul enough clearance over your Tundra’s cab? Knowing what worked could help others trying to mount the same carrier on a similar rack.
