Question:
I have a ranch hand brush guard on the front of my GMC Sierra 2500 HD truck. Will I be able to put a front hitch on it as well? Thank you

Hello Karla, thanks for reaching out. Generally, brush guards or grille guards will need to be removed in order to install a front hitch. There is a possibility that they could work together though. I suggest you take a look at the instructions for the Curt # C31071 front hitch which I have linked below. As you can see the hitch bolts on using the existing tow hook bolts on the bottom of the frame rail. The other bolt goes to the outside of the frame rail on both sides. I suggest you compare this to the frame of your truck and check for any potential obstructions where the hitch installs. If your brush guard does not obstruct the hitch mounting location, they will work together.
