Question:
I bought CURT 56331 Vehicle-Side Custom 4-Pin Trailer Wiring Harness, Chrysler Town and Country, Dodge Grand Caravan , Black,Rubber fror my 2017 Dodge Caravan a couple years ago and the trailer lights dont work. It seems to be a grounding issue. I follow the instructions on installation with installing the grounding wire to the metal body panel so I am wondering if the module is now bad and that is why I am my trailer lights do not work. Thanks

Hey Reid, thanks for reaching out!
It is possible that the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56331 is bad, but if you suspect a ground issue then I recommend trying to make sure the metal where the ground is installed is bare metal. If you do have it connected to bare metal then I recommend trying a new ground spot to see if that resolves the issue.
