Brake Controller Recommendation for Jeep Using Tekonsha Install Harness

Question:
Hi. I have an old brake controller that worked fine but the mounting bracket exploded and Im guessing they dont make them anymore. So Im looking to replace. I bought this Tecumseh wire harness that fits my Jeep [3014-P] and am wondering if there is a budget brake controller that will fit it? Are the controller-side connections fairly universal? Thank you! Matt

Hey Matt, for a value based brake controller that will fit the connector you have now and works really well you would want the Tekonsha Brake EVN part # TK63VR. This uses exact same connector as what the harness you have now uses so it will plug right in and work great.
