Question:

Im trying to figure out if the timbren axle-less axles will work for me. The issue Im looking at is the 3500 pound axles show they are 6 inches from face of frame to back side of the brake. I need more like 8 to clear the wheel well. Is there a way to do it?

Yes, there is and I have two options. One extends out to 8-1/2" and another that extends out to 8". I have listed them both below:

8-1/2" - Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension item # ASR35HDS02

8" - Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension item # ASR35HDS01

These do not include idler hubs and have a larger spindle size then the item # A35RS545 you were looking at. With the Inner bearing item # 25580 and Outer Bearing item # 14125A on these hubs being larger you would have to go with a hub that has a 8 on 6-1/2 lug pattern like item # 8-231-9UC1-EZ.
