Will this fit on the 2014 c300? Can it be used to tow a small aluminum boat? Where can I find the wiring harness?

Yes Dylan, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11030 can be used on the C300. This hitch has a 2,000 lb weight capacity, so as long as the small boat trailer you have isn't over that you're good to go.
As far as wiring goes, we don't have anything custom but we do have the Hopkins Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM38168 which is universal harness.
