I would like to buy a lock for my bikes on the Yakima Fullback Trunk Bike Rack. Please give 2-3 options for a good lock, recommended type, length, etc. Thank you, Mike

Hi Mike; the Yakima FullBack 3 Bike Rack # Y02633 you ordered does come with an integrated cable lock. If you're wanting to add an extra cable for additional security I'll give you a few different options. Keep in mind, any would be thief will ultimately be able to defeat the locks and bike rack with enough time and determination.

For a simple keyed locking cable you could use the etrailer Cable Lock - 10' Long - 5/16" Diameter - Steel # e98891. For a heavier cable and a combination lock the Master Lock Quantum Self-Coiling, Combination Cable Lock - 1/2" Diameter x 6' Long # 8122D would be a good choice. For a 1" thick cable with a built in alarm we also have the # TMX58FR. Personally I would get the Master Lock based on the price.
