Will The Ventline BVB0601-00 Gear Motor Work With A Jensen Vent Model V971232EC

Question:
Does this fit a Jensen vent fan? It appears to be correct, even has the same number of teeth on the pinion gear!

Hello Steve, great question. To be honest, we do not have any records that indicate the Replacement Gear Motor # BVB0601-00 would work with a Jensen vent. The Jensen vents are pretty dated, and many replacement parts are no longer made.
That said, these gear motors are fairly generic 12v motors. This # BVB0601-00 has 18 teeth on the pinion gear as you said. As long as your motor has the same number of gears, and mounts in the same way, I believe this will be a suitable replacement for your Jensen vent.
