What Can Be Use to Lubricate Ratchet Straps on an Erickson Re-tractable Ratchet Strap

Question:
Is there a way to lubricate the ratchet strap system? I have several of these, and even some of the newest straps are not completely retracting any more. I have two that wont retract at all.

Yes there is, Tim. You can use WD-40 to lubricate the moving parts of ratcheting mechanism's handle.
