Can the Wiring Harness for the Non-PHEV 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Models Be Stored Inside?

Question:
2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL Gas only is there a wiring kit or procedure to install wiring so that 4-way flat wire connector ends up inside the vehicle rather than outside mounted next to hitch? I installed wire kit on my 2019 Nissan Rogue SL this way and it worked well for me. Thanks

No, there isn't a procedure because the wiring harnesses for the Non-PHEV 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander models are designed to go through the fenders and out the bottom of them. They connect behind the tail lights. The Curt item # C43WR and the Tekonsha item # TK46VR both have identical installation steps. You may be able to find a gap to sneak the wiring back through the firewall and into the spare tire area but I wouldn't have anyway of knowing how to do this.
