The weight capacity of the hitch. The class IV Draw-Tite item # 75600 fits some model BMW's that has a higher towing capacity then your 2007 X5. The class III hitch's have a lower capacity but both still have a 2" receiver.
I looked online and your 2007 BMW X5 tops out at 6,000 lbs towing capacity. I recommend using the etrailer Hitch item # e84AR which is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a 6,000 lbs towing capacity and installs in an identical way to the Draw-Tite item # 75600. It will also save you some money.
I have linked an installation video below to help you get it set up.
If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
