I bought transmission cooler from you guys worked great now Im wanted to add on an electric fan on a 2007 GMC Sierra 4.8 one that I can control manually will the alternator handle below just need some answers to the wire to the PCM were fused

I recommend the Derale 10 Inch Tornado Electric Fan, # D16510, which includes a toggle control switch to give you the ability to control the fan manually.
Since you are looking to control this fan manually, you will not be running the wiring to the PCM. I have attached the installation instructions which show how to wire the fan with the switch.
This fan draws 5.3 amps and your alternator should have no problem handling this.
Just a reminder, you will want to take a quick measurement to make sure that you have plenty of room to mount the fan and for the hoses. I have attached a diagram showing the dimensions of the # D16510.
