Hey Doug,
The CE Smith Multi Sport Plus Boat and Kayak Trailer w/ Bunks # CE48870 has a maximum boat length of 14'. With your FastCat14 being 14'-4" you're just a bit over that maximum length. It would likely still fit but you'd be going against the manufacturer's requirements.
Instead I recommend the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer # Y08107, which can accommodate boats up to 17' in length. It has a 250lb weight capacity that can be increased to 350lbs with HD Shocks # Y08110.
