Ive have been searching for a Hitch Adapter for an inverted 5th wheel rv and I havent been able to find anything really and Ive been searching for this product on YouTube but I have seen anything on this product and will this Hitch fit in a 2020 ford f350 prep package? Hello Alexander. The OEM Mount for Blue Ox Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BLU62CR will indeed fit the OEM prep package on your 2020 Ford F350. This will allow you to install the Blue Ox Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter - 21,000 lbs # BLU52XR. Please note that this is for a standard 5th wheel pin box, not an inverted 5th wheel.
Inverted 5th wheels are highly uncommon, and right now the only inverted 5th wheel adapter is the B&W Turnoverball King Pin Adapter for Trailers with Inverted 5th-Wheel Hitches # BWGNXA4000. This is made to work only with the B&W turnoverball gooseneck hitch though, so since your truck has the OEM prep package, this is not really an option for you.
