What's First Thing to Check on Jensen Stereo When It Stops Working

Question:
Hi, I have a Jensen 9000 on my motorcycle. It came as part of my fairing and now the screen is totally blank and I don’t know what to do.

First thing you might try is get behind the stereo and try and pull the fuse out and check to see if it's been blown. Most of the time that is the issue and replacing that fixes it. If it's not that the issue is probably wiring.

thank you for reply took my motorcycle to mechanics. it was not wiring or fuse. the screen is broken. this is a totally new item..the fairing with speakers and screen..and i am shocked that it broke. does not say much for the integrity of your product. very very disappointed as the reason i purchased fairing is because i wanted a good…and workin…sound system. i have only had my bike on the road for a month or so (canadian weather) so this should not have happened.
