The Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kitt # C16200 is not going to work with your 2021 Ford F-150, unfortunately.
Instead, I recommend going with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C38ZV which is a custom fit kit that will work with your F-150, includes the mounting brackets, install hardware, and is made in the USA.
