Question:

Good day.... I bought a pair of Rhino racks for a 2011 Ford Edge 55 wide racks back in 2021. The only number on the product I can find is 114488. A car wash ate one of my racks and I need to replace the end caps and pads that touch the car. Hey Lawrence, the parts you need to get your 2011 Ford Edge Rhino Rack going again would be the fit kit part # DK228 for the fit kit and for the feet part # RRRLKVA.

Hi Jamison, I had an auto car wash rip off one of my rails. I've retrieved the rail, but it is missing the parts that touch my 2011 Ford Edge (angled parts with rubber that touches my car). Two questions on RRRLKVA: 1. My rack has a rectangular rail, not a rounded rail. Will this part fit my rectangular rail? 2. Since I only need one set of parts (one rail), any chance you could split one of these sets in half so I don't have to buy for two rails? Maybe you have one returned set (or even damaged set) in your warehouse you could sell to me instead of having to buy a the whole RRRLKVA kit with two rail parts. Can't hurt to ask...
