Question:
I have a 2014 Subaru Impreza hatchback limited. Why is the Tow Ready 118467 wiring kit not listed as compatible when it is for the 2014 Crosstrek? Are they not the same car with the same wiring? Just 3inch taller on the suspension. Do they actually have different wiring?

According to my contact at Tow Ready, the # 118467 you referenced is compatible with a few Subaru vehicles, including the Outback, Crosstrek and Forester but not the Impreza hatchback as the wiring connectors are different. You'd need to use the # 119179KIT.
