Hello again Alex. The Telescoping Rack for TruXedo Elevate Rack System # TX84NV can indeed be installed on the Pace Edwards JackRabbit Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover w Explorer Rails # 311-JED7833. The ladder rack will mount into the T-slots on the Pace Edwards cover.
