Can You Get Furrion Soundbar FSB2N25MCBL to Aux In Mode With Broken Button

Question:
2021 Forest River wildwood 34 mbs. My sound bar is stuck on zone 1. How can I change to aux in when the mode button doesnt work? I also could only get the 4 bottom screws out and not the top 4. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Kris,
Thank you for your purchase from etrailer of the Furrion RV Bluetooth Soundbar # FSB2N25MCBL. I'm sorry to say there is no way to change to Aux In if the Mode button on the remote doesn't work because you have to press the Mode button to change to Aux In.
The only way to remedy this would be a new remote, the Replacement Remote for Furrion RV Soundbar # FR88NR.
For the screws maybe spray some lubricant on there and wait 15 or so minutes to see if that helps.
