Do these mirrors retain the puddle lights of the OEM mirrors?

The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS62075-76G while having provisions for the integrated turn signals, heat and power operation do not have a provision for the puddle lights. So you would lose this function on your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado.
