Question:
What 16 8 lug 5th wheel RV trailer aluminum rims do you sell that are rated for 110 PSI cold . I upgraded tires on my factory rims and have had 2 of them crack. I am told by the manufacturer most manufacturer rims that they purchase are 80 PSI cold rated - not higher.

I haven't heard that before so that's interesting. In the last few years, the wheel manufacturer's started removing pressure ratings on the wheels and have focused more on stating their capacity. Unless otherwise stamped on the wheel itself they will be able to withstand the psi rating of any tire that is confirmed to fit it. The component you want to look at is the valve stem.
Typically the valve stem is the limiting factor for tire pressure on a wheel, I recommend the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 which allows for up to 200 psi.
For a 16" 8 Lug aluminum wheel, the Aluminum Liger item # LH39FR you were looking at would be a great option. It has a 4,080 lbs capacity per wheel. The valve stem that is included with this wheel tops out at 110 psi. Don't use them with your set up. Use the item # AM20906 instead.
You will also want the the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap item # LHCS109-SI60C.
Additionally, you will want to consider these factors; ambient temperature, driving speed, and the weight load on the tires all factor into how warm it will get in use. Even if a tire is just sitting still, an outside temperature change of 10 degrees F will result in about 1-lb pressure change. You'll also want to consider the terrain you're driving in. If you add significant amount of braking on a hot long travel day you're going to run quite a bit of extra heat in the tires and rims.
