Question:
I have a 2006 Ford F250 Super Duty 4x4 with a under bed gooseneck hitch, not sure what kind of hitch but attached photos of the frame how it is installed, and I am wondering if this kit AL57398 will fit my truck with its current hitch or if you recommend something else. Thank you

Hey Jeremy,
First, thanks for the photos they were helpful, and I can confirm that yes, your 2006 Ford F-250 with that gooseneck is compatible with the Air Lift air bags:
- Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57398
The only gooseneck they would not have fit on is the long-ago defunct Una-Goose gooseneck, but that's not what you have. You took really good photos, and one of them shows a part number and manufacturer sticker, so based off that I was able to find you have an old Hide-a-Goose which is compatible.
Also, I do highly recommend considering adding a compressor to make both monitoring and maintaining the air bags much easier. The best option to do so is a wireless compressor, the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980.
