George, it does look like there are quite a few installers in Rhode island. I'm not sure where you're at, but I plugged in the 02860 area code for Providence Rhode Island, and was able to find a bunch of installers that'd be able to help out with your lights.
I've attached a screen shot of what I'm looking at, but so you check this out on your own you'll just need to use the 'Installer Locator' which will be linked at the bottom of this page and plug in your ZIP in the box. From here it'll display all the available installers in your area who can help.
