Question:

Will this fit my 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab long box? I am looking at replacing the rails I currently have because my BandW 18k hitch is to wide for the current rails in my truck.

Yes, the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3255 will fit your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD but you will need to use the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails part # BWRVK2500 for this. Please note, you will need new rails and frame brackets as you can't mix and match these because they do not all install in the same way/location. The B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails will have the correct spacing you need for the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch. The kit is also a custom fit so no holes will need to be drilled into the frame.
