Troubleshooting the Monitor Not Working on the Swift Hitch Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera

My Swift Hitch SH01 is over 10 years old and the receiver wont turn on now. The battery is new and charged. Is it possible the LCD has gone bad? Are all the internal components replaceable? What steps can I take to troubleshoot the receiver? Thanks!

I checked with Swift Hitch and from what you're describing it does sound like the monitor has gone out on the Swift Hitch Wireless Hitch Alignment Camera and Monitor item # 04928.
The only internal replacement part for the monitor is a battery item # PB01. You can replace the entire monitor with item # SH01R.
