Will this fit on a 2016 Cummins 3500 dually long bed? I already have plates and a hitch just need the mounting brackets and hardware thanks

The Curt Universal Base Rail Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # C16101 is a universal-fit so it's going to fit your Ram but depending on the rails you currently have might not be a fit. You would need Curt rails like part # C16104 in order to use these brackets.
