Hey Zane, I don't know what air bag kit you have installed on your 1999 Dodge Ram so it's hard to say if it will work with the Curt gooseneck part # C60734-5W. All of the air bag kits we offer state they can't be used with in-bed hitches so I would assume yours would be an issue as well.
