Does Go Power Heavy Duty Inverter part # 34280179 Have AC Hardwiring Capability

What is the rectangle plate with the circle, on the same side as ac plugs? It looks like a nock out, are you able to hard wire the ac power out put?

I went through the manual of the Go Power Heavy Duty Inverter part # 34280179 and that is not a knock out plate and it does not have a function. The only way to connect to AC sources is using the plugs that are just to the left of the switch.
