Interested in the water filter CAM40043 kit. Is the CAM40045 replacement filter for that system? In other words is it the replacement filter without the mini hose? Thanks

The Camco RV water filter you mentioned, part # CAM40043 is a disposable unit. It is typically good for one camping season, then the whole unit would be replaced. The # CAM40045 is actually two of the filter units, not a replaceable cartridge.
