Hey Timothy,

There isn't a specified psi that we can tell you will be the best setting for your truck and trailer. Air springs are designed with a weight capacity and psi range to let you fine tune the ride quality and help get your truck back to level and eliminate the sagging. The tongue weight on a car hauler trailer is going to vary quite a bit depending on the weight in the trailer and how you distribute that weight inside the trailer.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88291 you were looking at have a 5,000lb capacity which should be well over the tongue weight of the trailer. The psi can range from 5 psi - 100 psi so you still have a bit of room to adjust the psi a bit higher and finish leveling the truck.

I recommend unhooking the trailer and measuring from the ground up to the middle of the wheel well arch at the front and back to get your factory ride height and then adjust your air springs to get your truck back to factory ride height when hooked up to the trailer. This should help improve your handling, braking power, and put less stress on the rear axle of your F-250. The truck and trailer look great, you're just a little off from level but have plenty of capacity to get there.
