Troubleshooting the Replacement Anti-Rattle Bolt and Lever for Hollywood Racks Road Runner Bike Rack

Question:
How do I remove the lever that wont unscrew off of the bolt? It is stuck when I try to remove the lever. I tightened the lever too much and the lever is past the threads on the bolt and now I cant unscrew the lever.

You're going to need to get the lever back on the threads of the Replacement Anti-Rattle Bolt and Lever item # HRNWLB2X. You can try using a screw driver or something to push it. You won't be able to remove it without getting that part back on the threads without cutting it off.
