I have a Chevy Express 2006 3500. Is it possible to look at the wiring next to the jack and know if it is prewired for 7 prong trailer connector?

Expert Reply:
Hey John, if the wiring is there I would be shocked if the circuits aren't active but what you could do is use a circuit tester like part # PTW2992 to test the wires of the harness to verify it's active.
