I have a 2008 Forest River Georgetown Motorhome, and the slide creeps out about an inch when it sitting in my driveway.

The slide-out creep could be caused by a bad solenoid, bad hydraulic cartridge valve, or a bad hydraulic ram. I recommend starting with the Lippert Replacement Hydac Cartridge Valve for RV Slide-Out Hydraulic Pump # LC177094 and checking the ram for leaks.
