Would these work on an Avalon LSZ pontoon boat rail where the sheeting is on the outside of the rail?

Unfortunately Christopher, I have no way to know what size rails are on your Avalon LSZ pontoon boat. The Taylor Made Fender Adjusters # 3691139 will fit 1" and 1-1/4" square pontoon boat rails. And with fender lines up to 1/2" in diameter.
