Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a look at the tailor-made square rail fender adjuster for your pontoon boat. These are going to clip onto your pontoon boats railing to allow you to adjust your fender height and spacing. We all know how important it is to have those fenders right where we need them so that they will prevent the contact between our boat and the dock or any other objects that could cause damage. You can see, these will clip right onto the rail.
They will accommodate rails that are an inch in diameter or an inch and one fourth in diameter. You can see the eye hole here. That's where our fender line is going to run up to attach the fender to this unit. And that hole is seven 16th of an inch in diameter, and it will accommodate lines up to half an inch in diameter. These are made of an ABS plastic. So they're going to hold up very well.
You're not going to have to worry about them rusting or corroding. Now, when you hear plastic, you might think it's not going to do well for you. It's going to easily break. ABS plastic is a very rigid, sturdy kind of plastic. So, I wouldn't let that deter you from getting these.
These are specifically designed for your pontoon boats and you are going to get four of them in this kit. That's going to complete our look at the tailor-made square rail fender adjuster for your pontoon boats..
They work great. I was worried they might slide on the rail. They stay in place. I am very pleased.
Works great.
