Will this baseplate for a 2020 Expedition 4wd? The description does not say what vehicle this is for. Also, is this baseplate compatible with blue ox tow bars?

Yes, the Curt Custom Base Plate Kit # C36JR is confirmed to fit your 2020 Ford Expedition 4wd. It will also allow for you to use a Blue Ox Tow Bar # BX7420.
Do ensure you install a Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 as the battery will while being flat towed and from a Braking System # SM99251 you are going to be required to have.
